We had a sad, upsetting and simply shoking experience at Beckengham 24 hours emergency branch of Medivet. Instead of referral for an emergency operation my very sick and loudly crying Pup was offered the following: 1. A Very strong painkiller for £166.50  2. A night with the Vet for £780 so she can ‘look after the dog’ and give him the water 3. A chance to receive a space at the preffered by us hospital sooner! Horrible, corporate environment. Shame …

The young veterinarian was super friendly and great with my two dogs. He explained everything clearly and was just really nice!

I gotta say, I wasn't too thrilled about how pricey things have gotten. Took my pet in for a visit recently, and it set me back £42 just to see the vet, plus another £38 for a single treatment. Honestly, I was pretty shocked at how high the prices are now.

The crew is consistently warm, professional, and compassionate towards both people and pets. We truly believe our furry friends are well taken care of.

This vet is the absolute worst! I figured out more about how to care for my dog without any studies! The vet seems to lack experience; it feels like it's just a money-making gig for them. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I gotta say, the customer service at Medivet Kensington is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. I paid for my dog's treatment right after the procedure, and it was more than what I was initially quoted, which I could deal with. But then they went ahead and billed my insurance for the same amount. When I inquired about it, there was no apology—just a simple 'mistake.' Now I'm stuck trying to get a refund, and they either ignore my emails or are downright rude when I call. It's been nearly a month of this nonsense! Just terrible. They seem to be all about finding ways to squeeze out more cash.

The veterinarian provided excellent service, no complaints on that front, but the fees were just outrageous. You can find similar care at other 24-hour vet clinics for a lot less.

I’m super happy with the speedy service at Medivet in Woodstock! We needed an emergency visit after our dog was attacked on the street and got bitten on the ear. The vets were really kind and supportive, and they took care of him in just 2.5 hours after it happened. They even suggested a fantastic pizza joint to check out while we hung around!
